We opened the day before the world went on hold – March 16, 2020. At Brother Chimp we strive to create an environment that is a safe, clean, inclusive, comfortable, and fun! We have a unique vibe and friendly- knowledgeable staff to give you an experience not felt anywhere else. Join us for weekly and monthly events in our main taproom and our newly expanded Hang Out - equipped with a stage, projector tv, shuffle boards and more! We have 12 taps featuring beers brewed on site. In addition, we offer a variety of ciders, wines, seltzers, premixed cocktails, whiskey, bourbon, gin, tequila, vodka & more! Brother Chimp Brewing aims to be your first choice for local, hand-crafted, traditional, small-batch beers.
Brother Chimp Brewing received a gold award in the 2024 World Beer Cup, the most prestigious beer competition in the world for its Vienna Lager beer style category. Ludwig, a crystal clear, walnut brown in color, easy drinking lager. The flavor is dominated by a traditional toasty Vienna malt presence, accentuated by biscuity grain notes, with a limited hop presence for exceedingly smooth drinkability.

The Rustic Sumac was very tasty. Nice live music but not overbearing. Atmosphere and set up of the place is welcoming - new modern rustic.
I absolutely love this brewery! The beer, the people, and the atmosphere are awesome. They have such a variety of food trucks throughout the week, and the live music is always great!
